YTDown is a small and simple YouTube video downloader written in Python. It is buildt on PYDown and contains a simple GUI for downloading YouTube videos based on URL. At the moment, only a windows version is available for download. Mac/Linux users needs to run the python script themselves (And install the needed dependencies).
